Will not order again. **Q: How is this for nail growth? compared to the Nail Tek 4 Xtra and also biotin and bamboo?** A: Biotin is excellent but stop taking 5 days before thyroid blood test (FYI I just learned this). Nail Tek Hydrate is excellent as base coat if you get the real thing.
