Are there handles long enough to put on your shoulder?

Not quite long enough to be comfortable. But they are super strong, sturdy bags.

Are the measurement in inches correct for this bags?

Yes, measurements are correct. They are big, strong bags. I have been using them for quite a while - 2 years + and happy with them.

Would these work in a chest freezer to divide different items?

I have carried many different items in my bags but I have never put it in a chest or freezer. My experience was that a cold drink can popped and leaked all over. The bag is not leak proof. But overall it is a great bag. Ive given a few away.

Will they hold 6 one-gallon jugs of water?

If one assumes that the 6 jugs each have base that is a square with 5.5" sides, the answer is no. Four jugs, yes. The bag opening is 9"x15.5", while three jugs require 16.5". By the way, I have found the bags to be very sturdy for normal use. Six gallons of water weigh 50.1 pounds, which is may be more than the bags were designed for.
