Weightlifting thumb tape doesn’t have to be dense and extravagant and this tape is surely not that. The tape is however very useful.Two loose wraps down your thumb, starting from the pad and then two tight wraps up your thumb ending on the inside of your nail will give you the best protection against ripping and pulling skin. I’ve found this method gives the most stable structure (that doesn’t move up and down your thumb) to hookgrip with while being loose enough that your thumbs will not “fall asleep” from cutting off circulation with a tight wrap.A+ from an amateur weightlifter ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2019* This tape is great.
