- Item arrived on time and securely packed.- This has good reviews online and comes with accessories (small cone for targeted areas, cleaning pad).- I had to return it when I received an email from the seller that this will require a voltage converter and pin to use as it is configured to the USA current settings.This fact wasn't mentioned in the item description and I had presumed before purchase that this will be dual voltage.- Very few good options in India made facial steamers, so buy this if you must and with a voltage converter and pin.- The seller has a 20% 'restocking fee' if you want to return the item.The 3 stars I have given are all for the sellers responsiveness and a satisfactory resolution of my problem.Would not really recommend the item but would recommend the seller.
