these work much better than the chiappa factory moonclips. a must have for your chiappa.. you also need the loading tool and removal tool.

These moon clips do work well, but not with all ammo manufacturers. Armscor ammo does not work well with them, tolerances are too tight. Clip begins to warp after four Armscor rounds are inserted. I highly recommend you also buy the Moon Clip Loader as well. Easier to load with it, without it the clips are too thin to load by hand.

Out of 3 brnads of .357 and 3 brands of .38 cal, only two brands loaded properly, all the others when I got to rd 5 or 6, clip bent and would rotate so when attempted to fire double action cylinder would not turn. Upon inspection last 1 or two rds didn’t click in easily. I bought TK $89 kit and 30 moon clips from you and within 12 loads of moon clips, 4 were bent and wouldn’t align properly in my Chiappi. What a waste of money! I was told they were the best moon clips on market and TK loader and tool well worth the $89. Not sure if moon clips fault, TK’s fault, or something I did wrong but I doubt it as it is a pretty simple straight forward procedure. Return expired 6/9/20 so I’m stuck with 26 moon clips that only worked for me w Double Tap .357 Mag ammo and PNC A .38. Lesson learned: don’t buy more than one set or tool kit until try out at my gunsmith’s shop

Exactly what I needed for my Rhino.

Super stiff, very thin, bends too easily. Almost impossible to load them. And unloading? Forget it. No way to do without bending them into unusable state
