I was a little disappointed when this arrived. This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. There were some areas that the silver coating didn’t completely cover around the mouth of the spoon and a few black specks. I gave it to him anyways. It’s a decent thickness, not too easily bendable like some cheap silverware. The engraving was nice, I like that it was engraved vs. it being just printed on the spoon to eventually rub off. My husband does actually use this spoon.

I have a co-worker who eats PB or almond butter every day, so I gifted this for his birthday. He loved it. This is a "thought that counts" kind of gift, because, I mean, it's a spoon, but it shows #1 that you know about something the person likes (you pay attention) and #2 it shows that you thought of them. The price is perfect for a co-worker friend.

Do not buy this spoon if you want an extra long handled, fun spoon for your love of peanut butter straight from the jar! This is just a normal "large" sized spoon you get in any standard place settings set. Except this one is thinner, cheaper, and engraved (which is still all black powdery?). ... The box it comes in doesn't even measure 8 inches!!! ... Lame! ... This is not the gift I was hoping for.

The actual spoon had scratches, and it didn’t look new. This was supposed to be a gift.

Came in a nice box which made gifting easier. Text on spoon was perfect.
