WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! If you're considering it, Go For It!
Why pay more when you can get all the benefits of Inversion at a great price?I've only been using this a few minutes at a time for two days and I feel so much better already! It's difficult to put into words the difference in how my back feels and this is going to sound strange but it feels "lighter". I guess it's nicely stretched and decompressed. Whatever it is, I'll take it! I had a feeling this was a product I needed and I am so glad I bit the bullet and gave it a try. It's a little scary to use at first. It's extremely important to set for your correct height as an inch or two off can impact the speed at which you incline and if you set it too tall you will whip back too fast. Also, be sure to adjust the the strap short. You can test the degree of inversion prior to getting on by setting the strap and seeing how far back the table will go. Trust me. A little feels like a lot at first. You will be surprised so don't be afraid to start off just a bit beyond a horizontal angle. It will still feel very good. The Invertio Inversion Table was easy to assemble and not at all intimidating - once I realized that the first drawing of all the parts and pieces accounted for even the pre-assembled parts and that my efforts were going to be minimal. The instructions were easy to follow although the bolts weren't labeled (the short ones are for the feet ;) ONE RECOMMENDATION: Attach the black rubber feet FIRST! Attaching the feet was not included in my instructions at all and I found it a bit cumbersome to do when I had to tip the fully assembled table over on it's side to attach the feet. All in all, that was the most difficult part. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I LOVE Decompression Therapy!
I couldn't believe that I bought a $400 table for $100, until it came. As I was assembling the table, the height adjustment bar would not go into the support tube mounted to the back rest, the cause: a glob of metal that formed in the tube when the bracket for the safety strap was welded to the frame next to the height adjustment knob. The height adjustment bar would only go an inch, or so, into the tube, and no further. A trip to a local welding shop, ten bucks, and it works just fine.I am 65, have two bad disks, and arthritis in my lower back, which limits the time I can be in one position. I used to hang by my arms from a compressed air pipe, years ago, so I was pretty familiar with the advantages of decompressing the spine. In reverse, hanging by my feet, the same decompression is accomplished, and my back has felt really good. I'm not going the full 180, yet, but that's the goal. I am really just starting with this therapy, I have a Physical Therapist who put me into a traction device, to see if I would respond to decompression therapy, it felt great, so I bought the table. I also have a doctor from Pain Management who is interested in my progress, which has been very favorable at this point.I have been using my table since July 1, 2016, I have the table set to go back about 120 degrees, and decompressed for two minutes at a time for the first two weeks, then three minutes. Soon I will go to four minutes, and eventually five minutes, after which I will re-adjust the angle, and work towards ten minute sessions. When I can do that, I plan to go totally inverted. I am doing this at the advice of my Physical Therapist, who cautions me to go slowly, because my side and stomach muscles could become irritated by the intensity of the decompressing stretch.

Quality and function are excellent. Ditto on assembly instructions
The Inversion table works as I had hoped. Delivery was prompt and all parts present an d accounted for. It came with one extra pair of bolts and nuts. Took about 90 min to assemble because I was googling for help with problem with a screw in adjustment knob for the ankle height settings. Was unable to get the threaded knob to screw into any of holes which were just a fraction too small and didn't want to force it or permanently modify it until I was sure I would keep it. I used a spare bolt instead. Found zero results on Google for assembly solutions. Ditto previous comments about instructions. There is no picture to use as a guide and suspect these instructions are for another version. Tried to inventory parts before assembly but gave up due to mismatch of parts list vrs those in box.The nylon strap with buckle does not prevent slippage when you are rotating backwards. A dicey time to learn that. Was able to route the strap an extra turn through buckle and it holds now.Like that it folds though I'm not sure it's flat enough to fit under an old bed. Probably not the place to put it if you plan to use it daily, but it takes up space. Need to find a place for vertical storage for when we have guests. I think it's looks fine but spouse sees it as an eyesore. I've had it 5 days and plan to keep it. Not planning to do full vertical tilt. Experimenting with having my body about 65-70% tilted from the vertical position for now.I like the lumbar support pad. Pleased with quality of metal structural parts as well as ankle cushions , handle bars and padded torso board.
