No odor
This heating pad work extremely well by covering a large area. It also does not have any odor. Absorbs heat well. I had a herbed one that made the microwave smell for a long time. This pad is perfect. No odor. Retains heat.

Best cold therapy ever!!!
Absolutely the best cold therapy I’ve ever used. Two hours in the freezer and it’s ready to go. The weight of it keeps it where you put it and that’s what matters most!!!!

Design flaw
I use this regularly and have had many by different mfg of similar design and each one has a similar flaw - the sewn lines of the fabric will perforate & cause the contents to leak out rendering the item unusuable or needing a patch. Otherwise it’s great. Have owned for 4 months, bought as a back-up, used for maybe 3 months and it’s already perforated & leaking contents.

Smells good
My previous one had beans and I burned it so the smell was horrible. This smell is good. The idea is good. Wish it was heavier so it really got the heat into my neck.

No worth the money
Do not like the way it's made and does not help my neck actually makes it hurt more

It works but small
It works ok, but it's small. This is my second one the first one I bought was double the size, weight and I cost the same amount of money and from the same seller. Super weird. The seller couldn't understand why. After a lot of back and forth communication they conceded it was their problem and refunded my money. I loved my first one I used it all the time. It was my favorite heating tool. Earlier this year I was visiting my aunt and she had a lot of shoulder pain, so I let her use it she fell in love with it . So I left it with her nd thought I would buy a new one when I got home. I miss that bag. The new one I bought doesn't compare!
