Love this I use it for my x stitch and any other close work.

I bought this because I needed to dissemble a phone to replace battery. I wear varifocals and needed to see clearly the minute screws. Well this product is excellent value for money and well worth the very modest outlay. The headset just sat in front of normal glasses, the tilt action on the lenses is an absolute boon, as it helps to bring things into clear focus. The changeable lenses were crystal clear and come in plastic holder which again is well made. No trouble inserting batteries, these are supplied and this unit holds 3, but 4 batteries are supplied. I think used with care they will last a long time. The switchable led light is very bright and also again this swivels so you can pinpoint where you want it be of maximum benefit. Comes with both normal glasses brackets, or there is a headband if you prefer. Nothing bad to say about this product. Well made, handle with care and should last. I bought it after reading some other reviews and all were positive. Excellent value for money.

I bought this for my close work on electrical circuits etc. Works really well and the light is a good feature too. I was surprised when I got it that it stayed on your head so well...I thought I would have to use the included strap but no such problem...it is stable and secure and the 1 up to 3.5 magnification is perfect for most conditions.. I would highly recommend for the price great piece of kit.

Knocking on in years but still doing electronic assembly I found I needed to remove my spectacles to do close up work. Even then I was having difficulty seeing clearly small components. I saw these magnifying glasses being advertised on Amazon, read the reviews, and thought I would risk buying them. Being quite cheap I didn't expect much quality wise. How wrong I was, these are absolutely perfect for my needs. Yes the lenses are plastic but they are the hardened type (H5) with exceptional optical quality. There are 5 interchangeable lenses with magnifications 1.0X - 3.5X. At the maximum magnification the focus is very narrow so you need to place the object very close to the glasses and slowly move your head to focus. The two LED light is super bright and adjustable up or down so the object you are working on is fully illuminated. With the 3 AAA batteries in I found it quite heavy on the bridge of my nose. I then removed the side arms and replaced them with the headband supplied and all was good, a lot more comfortable. I have found this device a revelation and certainly makes life so much easier with hobby work. Highly recommended.

I'm 50+ and find that jobs like fixing the children's jewellery and altering watch straps can be a pain these days so was looking at desk magnifiers versus head worn ones and bought these to try. I have a medium/large head and the arms were painful to wear so had to change to the strap which I now use. Light is useful but fiddly to use when wearing the glasses Bridge pads for nose could be a little bit easier to amend for those of use with noses like Gerard Depardieu Its quite heavy on the head. Does it work - yes it does - but you have to be close for work, and the higher the magnification you use the closer you have to be. Magnification lenses are easy to change and whilst I started with the 3x and 5x I now find I am more likely to use 2x and 2.5x at a further distance. I subsequently picked up a desk based magnifier with light, the ring types and it is easier to use and better for some desk work, however the head worn set is better for inspecting turntable stylii and setting up turntables - so horses for courses I will use both in future

I bought this for my husband who uses it for viewing fine detail on model making. Ideally, he likes to be able to wear his glasses as well as a magnification device but with this product, as it has arms to sit on the ears you cannot wear glasses. So far, he has found that the magnification of the lenses has been sufficient and the LED light, which is adjustable in vertical direction, is a great bonus. In terms of comfort, it feels comfortable and grips well by the ears and small pads cushion the nose piece to hold it in place. Sturdiness? It is made from plastic and with correct use should be durable.

When I recieved my product here the packaging was all intact and delivery was very prompt as well. All the contents where all Intact and ready for use. I could'nt believe the price of it as it is worth every penny.:). I tried all the different lenses and they all worked perfectly, the main head piece was very comfatable and easy to clip the lenses on whith a vert bright headlamp. I would diffently recommend this product to anyone and well done to the manufacture for producing this too. :)

I bought this for crafting. The item is easy and comfortable to wear, although I haven't used the built in light as I think it may become heavy with the addition of batteries. I use a separate spotlight. It comes with 5 different strength lenses - as yet I've only needed the "weakest" one. They have their own storage case. A well made and robust item which sits comfortably on the face and gives excellent magnification.

Etwas gross

I have had two pairs of these over the past couple of years and on both of them the arms break off. This last set I only had three months and the arm breaks. If they would only make them stronger. Also the lenses drop out. Not buying them ever again.
