Thy are kind of small. If you have a larger leg it will be hard to fully wrap around. They stay cold for about 15-20 mins. Long enough for one session.

These are awesome ice-packs. No more ice-cubes in plastic bags for me. Love the elastic straps and velcro that holds them on. They wrap-up into a compact little roll before I put them back in the freezer. I put them on my knee and ankle and then cover and wrap with an ace bandage to hold the cold in for much longer. I’ve been using these for a couple of months now and am impressed by the quality of the materials used in making these. They are still like brand-new. I expect they will last a long time. I hated icing my injuries before I found these. Now it’s a piece of cake.

These are great! Easy to use and wear. Maybe they don’t stay cold as long as I like but they do the job.

I keep these Gel Ice Cold Packs in the freezer and they’ve been really useful after workouts and long days when my muscles feel sore. I use this product regularly when I feel inflammation in my knees. Easy to use and very refreshing. I enjoy putting them on my knees when I return indoors from any outdoor activity in the summer. I bought a 2-pack over two years ago and returned to the page to consider buying two more, so I never run out!

Seriously. I've bought 6 pairs! I keep them in every freezer I have, work, garage, home.... Always comfy and fit where I need Avid ice pack user here - MTB and Motocross results in more injuries than I'd like to admit. Plus these are great for filling out the edges of a cooler! *Bonus* Tried lots of other packs. The single volume gels get stiff after a while and might as well be a solid block. I've been through too many of those to count...kneeding them to be flexible results in rupture of the edge seals. Don't mess with the cool looking beads - they don't hold temp at all. The straps are removable and super comfy. They provide the perfect amount of compression, decided by you. I have enough that I can daisy chain the straps to even hold the packs on my back/spine. Recommend using a tea towel between these and the skin. I've gotten frost bite from them; they stay cold for SO long! Yep! These are the ones.

NOT COLD ENOUGH. Despite good ratings, I should’ve looked at the pictures of people using them without a cloth wrap between their skin and the ice pack. After surgery my foot was wrapped but I couldn’t get it wet so I needed very cold ice packs to be cold enough and stay cold enough to go through a dish cloth (protecting the wound wrap from getting wet) and the wound wrap to actually help with swelling. Anyone who has had surgery knows what I mean. This is not it.

These ice packs are amazing! One of my best buys on Amazon. I broke both ankles 1.5 years ago and I'm having a lot of swelling in my feet still. These are perfect to go around both feet after I've been standing out walking a lot. I have on socks + a washcloth on top (it's that cold!). I imagine they would also work on knees, arms, head... anywhere you can think. They each have a strap that is removable, attached with Velcro on each end and each ice pack has a strip of Velcro on it. I highly recommend!
