Great Product Expectations Somewhat Met
I’m sure it does the job well and it’s great to keep your mouth clean and canker sore as well. I think my expectations were different for the product since I thought it would help to speed up the healing process but my canker sore healed up at about the same rate without the rinse.

It did leave my mouth feeling fresh, so there's that. After this didn't really help with my canker sores, I made a bunch of other changes that seemed to do the trick. It may help for some people, but didn't really for me. As regular mouthwash not specific for canker sores, seems fine though
