Excellent portable scanner
Got this to replace a corded Epson portable scanner. Set up was super easy. Plug into computer with usb, a couple clicks the epson website for current drivers and its up and running. The settings are pretty straightforward, was able to turn off the sequential numbers with no problems. When powering on the computer pairs with it quickly and the scans are nice and crisp, way better than any phone app that tries to do scans by snapping a pic.

Man, why did I not buy this before!!
This little thing is awesome if you are like me. If you, like me, keep all paperwork from doctor visits or mechanic or other various paperwork you will want this. I took years of statements and scanned them all relatively quickly with its quick feeding and short time per scan. I knew that once I scanned all my papers I would not need a bulky machine for some time so this little thing was awesome to do the job and then easily be put away for later. And when I did need it again I would simply take it out and plug it in and be scanning in less than a minute.Keep in mind what your needs are though. If you are in a office and scan tons of things daily, you may want to upgrade to another unit which will be in place all the time and not put away. This does not have a feeder so you are feeding each sheet by hand. Yes it would have been nice to have the feeder for my initial usage of some 200+ pieces of paper but after that initial run it would have been useless for me doing one or two pages here and there. It scans very nicely but limited in what you scan, this is more for printed receipts and or other paperwork compared to perhaps scanning old pictures. It does a great job at centering the images and can easily do continuous scanning of pages into one large PDF or multiple images, but it is also only one side so you need to flip the page but it is happy just scanning page after page. The software could be better, more options but it gets the job done with little flair but consistent and reliable.

Easy Setup, Works Well
It was easy to set up to wirelessly connect to my PC and Android phone. Smooth document feed. Software worked well, but a desktop shortcut wasn't automatically created on the PC; no issues on Android mobile. Scans are crisp. The size is nice and small for portability, if needed. Charged quickly.

Doesn't work, appears used
I may have received a defective item that was previously returned. I did NOT purchase a used item... I purchased new. It arrived with signs of having been previously opened, including double tape on all packaging and fingerprints on the scanner itself. I waited 36 days to receive it after ordering, so I figured I'd give it a try before sending it back and waiting another month for a replacement.I've been struggling to get this thing connected and working for several hours now, with no luck. I've used numerous printers and scanners over the years, at home and in the office. I've even worked with large, complicated multifunctional machines as an administrative assistant for two large state agencies. I'm usually pretty good at installing drivers and using this type of hardware with no issues, so I don't think it's user error. It appears to connect and everything looks good... it even grabs a sheet when I insert it. But the scan button is completely unresponsive. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted we writing several times, and still nothing. So after waiting all this time, now I'm going to have to return it anyway. Needless to say, I'm not impressed!

Great product, poor documentation
I was super frustrated when I first got this scanner. I love that it is wireless and I love that it is cordless. The only problem is that I could not get it to work, which is sort of important. The documentation that comes with the scanner is useless. Even when I went on line and downloaded the manual and followed the instructions I could not get it to work. The problem was network connectivity. The problemNetwork connectivity. Getting it set up from my computer through the Epson application failed multiple times. I made sure to use the 2.4 Ghz wifi and it still failed. The solutionI finally broke down and used the WPS button on the router. This worked perfectly. I suggest you do this and save yourself some time and frustration. The resultThis thing is perfect for our needs now that it works. I have set it up on two laptops and a desktop. It is simple to operate, very small, and produces acceptable results. I would give it five stars but the documentation is poor and the network setup through the PC app did not work. My 4-star rating on tech support is probably slightly unfair as I did not contact tech support, but for a consumer device you should not need to and documentation is sort of tech support.
