Q: Is this nano silver or colloidal silver?

No, it is no nano silver and no colloidal, it is silver hydrosol. Did you research research the differences between colloidal, ionic and hydrosol silver which are the three kind of silver? I have been using this one as spray for sinus congestion and it help me a lot but I am afraid when I read that can cause argiria, means your skin turn blue, but it is if you ingest it a lot, I use this once in a while. Good luck in your research.

Sorry for my late feedback. Yes! Absolutely! I've refilled nasal spray several times. I use the nasal spray twice a day. Love it.
