I’ve attached a photo of the smallest container with a large egg to give an idea of the size and capacity. The larger containers are plenty big enough, with the largest quite generous in size.The lids are tight fitting rubbery plastic. They are not for putting in the microwave. Probably would compromise the shape and effectiveness.Glass bases are microwaveable. Easy to wash by hand or dishwasher. Don’t stain or retain odours. Hoping they will last a long time.I originally ordered two sets. I liked them so much that I ordered two more to gift to friends. The kids fit well and are soft enough that they shouldn’t easily split while taking them on and off, like our previous ones from a different well known manufacturer have) the sizes are also handy. They stack well or store inside each other pretty neatly if cupboard space is an issue. For us as were switching from all plastic to mainly glass, these seem to fit the bill well.
