I cannot say enough positive things about Menopause Relief Plus. I recommend it to absolutely every woman I hear talk about hot flashes, not being able to sleep, and being irritable. This stuff changed my life, no exaggeration. Menopause hit me HARD and I was having over 100 hot flashes a day. My local health food store recommended Menopause Relief Plus to me and within a week I felt like a new woman with my hot flashes reducing to a dozen a day. I've been taking it for over a year now and my hot flashes are few and for between. I buy it from Amazon because of the pricing, Take for at least 3 weeks before you make a decision to continue or not, per the health food store supplement specialist. They're very easy to swallow and I only have to take one a day.

I would never have believed this about this product. I am post menapausal with all the hot flashes over and over. I basically was miserable and embarrassed to say the when the hot flash pushed awful heat I would grab a gallon of milk or juice bottle and put it straight on my face,forehead,and yep until it subsided . I was like a walking deprived sleeper with no real sleep. I have tried it all with no relief. So now I am not a paid anything... I am a real woman age 62 young. My daughter works as a surgical nurse and one day while had enough of this roller coaster misery of good ole menopause I was complaining to her and she said wait one of my patients told me about this product and said her hot flashes disappeared. Well of course I did not take info serious considering the power of hot flashes that nothing stopped them for me. I prayed about it and yes I ordered it right here . I actually tried to cancel it because I just thought more money wasted and I would just haft to survive it until a magical day of systems stopping. It happen to be I was to late to cancel and it had shipped. Well it came in I think two days. I took two like advised and I waited for a hot flash, nothing, then still nothing all rest of day, ok I thought I must just be having a good day. That night I slept normal no side effects with these two little pill capsules. The next day still no hot flash. The next day I was afraid to over think it so I just kept going day after day after day no hot flash great sleep. I just orderd my second round and my goodness gracious it works. I am amazed by this. All I can say is a honest reveiw right here from me and thank you’ finally a product that has returned me to normal tempeture and sleep. To all that read this reveiw I’m telling you 100% that it works still no flashes. I pray that if you do try it it works like it does for me.

I bought this as recommendation from my friend. It did not work for me as it did for her. I tried it for at least 2 and a 1/2 months.

On my second bottle, I'm in perimenopause. From my research, it's the black cohosh that reduces the symptoms. My menopause regimen includes DIM, ashwagandha, holy basil, complete omega, magnesium, B complex, and estrogen/progesterone topical creams. That's a butt load of vitamins, about $200 monthly expense. Better than insomnia, mood swings, hot flashes, low lebido, brain fog, balding, and irregular/heavy periods.

It took about a month for the full effects to kick in, but I am so grateful to have found this formula. No more hot flashes!

I thought it was going to take an entire bottle to see results, but I was wrong. Night sweats, which is the reason I purchased it, went away witching a week and a half. Im still going to continue using them even though the main reason for buying has been resolved

I took this product for about 30 days and ended up with chronic diarrhea daily for several weeks. I didn't know it was the cause initially. After I stopped taking it the diarrhea subsided. I used the product for aid with menopausal hot flashes. I do not recommend further sales. I would appreciate a refund although I know it may be too late. Thank you!
