Really like this product,every review I read was correct. It's moisturizing and drying where it need to be. It really works. It's not oily at all. The smell it great to.

Regarding the ingredients, willow bark is commonly used as it has salicylic acid, which is effective in clearing blocked pores as it removes dead skin. However, another main ingredient is coconut as a binder. It is used by many people, some effectively, and some not as it is comedogenic meaning that it blocks pores. Unfortunately for me, I have found that coconut oil causes acne and breakouts rather than clearing them up, therefore, this product is ineffective for my skin type due to it.

Original review:I'm only writing this because my mom complimented me ◕‿◕I've only been using this for one week so I know results will be more accurate as time goes on...but randomly, my mom was like, "wow, you're glowing, your face looks like it's clearing up", I'm like "What?! Huh?", she's all "your face looks smooth and clear" etc...so I had to write this!I'm 34, female. Been experiencing hormonal acne lately as well as a few pop up break outs for years. I had low expectations (yall acne sufferers know the frustration), but I'm always trying something new. To break it down: I've literally tried every type of product known to mankind (not exaggerating). BARE WITH ME! I've gone from discount store to luxury brands; from pills, creams, soaps, pads & internal cleanses; prescription-grade to homemade concoctions; expensive laser treatments & cheap infomercial gadgets/products etc...you get the picture! I've tried it all! And this is one of my more positive experiences (so far).I definitely do better with natural products than products with random scientific words on the ingredient list. So this seemed like a great fit & so far it is! It does have salicylic acid as an active ingredient. Heads up! It also has a bunch of natural inactive ingredients like Aloe Vera juice, essential oils etc. I'm a salicylic acid fan since I have extremely oily skin (removes dead skin) and although benzoyl peroxide gets rid of bacteria, it just doesn't work for me. This Jivi product doesn't dry out my face & overcompensate by making my skin oilier (like benzoyl peroxide). Nope, it's really refreshing! I apply twice daily.Overall, I'm pleased! It's only been a week but it's doing its job. I'll update later, maybe 3-4 months from now...Last thing, I love that Jivi donates a meal to Feeding America for every purchase. I give to the Maryland food bank so those causes really touch my heart! I love that this is made in North Carolina—local & I love that it's from natural ingredients from America and abroad. Win-win. I have the exfoliating wash, hydrating acne treatment, and the moisturizer. I love all of them except the hydrating acne treatment.It does not pump out. It has been a struggle since I first received it. I have used approximately 1/4 of the product and now I cannot get any of the product out whatsoever. I am hoping the seller will contact me and try to solve this issue because I absolutely love the company. for each item sold it donates a meal to feeding America which helps food banks around the country fight hunger! Plus the product is so pure of anything harmful you could eat it. (I do not suggest it). I was a guy who used benzoyl peroxide and silicic acid type Skin products all my life to fight skin problems until my amazing girlfriend suggested I should give Jivi a try. I enjoy the products so much that I am going to enroll in auto shipments if this little problem can be fixed.

This is yet another treatment that didn't work for my girls' acne. It may work on mild cases, but not on severe ones. We will not be buying again.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, mostly once a day in the morning. I'm not necessarily convinced it's working for me. I've honestly been breaking out more since I've started using this, but it's now summer, so I've sweating more, which could also be the root of the problem. It could also be increased stress/not drinking enough water/etc. causing it.On the other hand, my skin has been looking more even and answers have been fading since starting to use this. But, again, it's summer so getting tanner could be the cause of that.All together, since starting this treatment, I've been breaking out now, but my skin has been smoothing out. However, I'm not convinced this treatment is the sole cause of either. Their packaging is really nice, the science ~seems~ good, and I like what the company stands for, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'm giving it 3 stars based on how it's working right now, but I'm going to finish the bottle and make edits to the review of necessary.

This is a great product and the box is really cute! It was thicker than I thought it would be but it smells much nicer than I thought it would so there’s that too. 10/10.
