This is just like the amazing taste we found in Alaska! King Salmon is one of our favorite flavors of Salmon and this one is a rare treat.Our gift recipients thought it was the best they ever tasted! And this is a better price yet definitely PREMIUM taste and texture! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product. Just maybe needs some package fine tuning. *by H***R on April 13, 2021* I ordered this salmon filet to try out to see if I would like taking it in my lunch for a combination of healthy snack and or an easy meal. I am a locomotive engineer for a class a railroad. It’s important to snack and eat healthy as I spend a lot of time sitting in the locomotives. I really wanted to give this salmon 5 stars but in the end I had to deduct a star purely on the basis of packaging. It arrived undamaged unlike other reviews I read. And the filet was in tact and in one piece. I’m not deducting a star for taste or for them leaving the skin on because those are both subjective. What I will say is that it did come with the skin on but it was very thin and I have had smoked salmon filets that tasted better. Having said that, the taste wasn’t bad. It was good to me and I really didn’t mind the skin being left on. And Leaving the skin on helps to keep the filet in one piece. So going back to the deduction of one star because of packaging. I just felt like they used to big of an aluminum foil package that has the potential of allowing the filet to move around to much which could cause it to break into small pieces. And I felt there was two much liquid in the package. My suggestion to the company would be to drain more of the liquid, use a smaller package and vacuum seal it a little tighter. But over all I was pleased with it and happy with the product. As for purchasing from them again. I’m going to shop around a little more and see if I can find one that has a flavor that is more to my liking. If I am unable to find one that I like the taste of better I will definitely come back to this one. ### ⭐ Warning - do not but *by R***E on February 16, 2019* This was the worst smoker salmon I have ever purchased and I have purchased many. I would have returned it if it was not so messy. It was more like tuna in oil than smoked salmon.
