I was recently diagnosed with vaginal atrophy. I was not able to use ANY soap or cleanser due to the stinging and irritation they caused. This product is amazing! It is soft, no fragrance and does not cause any irritation. The product itself is very thick, so every fre days I have to run hot water over it (or drop it in the tub bath) to warm it up and make it more fluid. The pump is fine, it's the gel itself that is thick. There is no scent, and a couple of pumps of the bottle is more than enough product to bathe those tender parts with. I highly recommend this product. I will be doing a subscription on this one.

Best product. Pump is a little problematic but just soak it in hot water and it is good to go.

Like other reviewers mentioned, the foam pump did clog, but it’s not defective it is that the soap separates because of it’s natural formula. This also happened to me with the Honey Pot brand. I just put the soap into a clear plastic squeeze bottle and shake it well before using. It only takes a few drops. This cleanser is wonderful, I tend to get frequent yeast infections and I’ve learned glycerin is not good in feminine washes. Kushae does not contain glycerin, neither does Honey Pot, but I prefer Kushae, I think it’s more economical and has no scent.

Kushae has been my go to feminine wash for quite some time now. I love the wash itself. It’s gentle, lathers well, a good amount of product for the price and lasts me a while. My issue however is the packaging. Specifically the pump. These pumps are notoriously terrible. I have bought the Kushae body wash many times and I can honestly say that with almost EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE… the pump is broken. I think only my first time buying did I have a pump with no complications. Sometimes the pump won’t even move. Sometimes the pump will move and no product comes out. Somethings the product comes out watery instead of as a foam. Sometimes the pump will move a few times then get stuck and stop working. Honestly any possible issue to have with a foaming pump I have probably had with this product. It’s really disappointing because I do enjoy the product itself and want to continue to support Kushae, but at this point tha poor packaging is giving me more trouble than it’s worth. Especially with how consistently I have this issue.

I was ordering this product for a year straight. And on and off was having pump issues. So I stopped. I ordered again and this time around I have no problems with the dispenser. The wash itself is great for me. A little goes a long way. I’ve tried others online and i prefer this one best.

This stuff seems fine and has no scent. The problem is with the pump on the bottle. It simply will not pump. Once in a while it pumps down a few times and I get excited that maybe it will finally work, but no, it then stops pumping and nothing comes out. Occasionally a half a drop will come out, but that's it. I spend five minutes in the shower every day trying to get it to work, then unscrew the top and try not to spill the very thin, runny liquid out because it will go right through my fingers. At this point I would never recommend it even if it made my gigi glow like the aurora borealis! it's too damn frustrating.

I do not know what happened to this product. I have been using it for years but the last bottle I got seems off. Its slimy and will not foam like usual even after switching to my old pump that worked. I believe it may have spoiled on the shelf. Sad because I'm scared to repurchase after this because it isnt exactly cheap. 😔 Before this it was nice, gentile and a decent product.
