Honestly not worth buying, the battery barely charges your phone to half a charge, also has a really odd thick design

It's Mophie - Reliable - Great
I especially like the USB C charging connectivity leaving the lightning port open. It feels good, is easy to hold, works well. It is more expensive than some others - but I have never had a problem with a Mophie product. I am pleased with everything about it.

Useless
Had for 2-3 months bought it for when I’m at work but doesn’t fulfill its purpose. Doesn’t charge after being on charger all night, doesn’t always charge my phone, sometime drains the battery or keep it at the same percentage. Not durable at all, a couple falls w my phone & my back is cracked as if I had no case, scratches & cracks easily & buttons fall out

The battery will charge 40% or so, not from dead to 100%.
Many people do not like (hate) these juice packs as they don't have a lot of power/battery. I get their gripe. Fortunately, you can buy these for under $10 so I've bought several of these for my old iPhone XS Max and I keep them charged and for my needs it gets my phone to 100% with no problem. Also, my phone's regular lightning slot slowly went from working to not at all so I have to charge it wirelessly and thankfully these j.packs accommodate this feature. The phone is old and about to be too old for the current updates so they've helped me keep this phone well past what I'd normally keep a phone. If you just have one, yes they only charge 35-45% max so I can see why so many were not happy.

I thought they were wrong
I like the durability of the case but since it’s supposed to be a charging case and I have many with different iPhone model phones through out the years so I know how good they can be. This one is on the lower end. It only is great to use as a last resort. Maybe you forgot to charge your battery and you need just a little more battery for an emergency. It only charges my XS Max about 35%. That’s it. My old cases that I have that fit my other iPhones would charge my phone 2x full. And the price I paid for them was comparable to this one. So in the end not worth it at all. All also I find I have to charge the case and phone separately even when the case is on. Also not worth the hassle.
