I love this bag. I wasn’t even looking for a purse but I saw it and thought it looked like a perfect daily bag. Full disclosure you can get something similar at Walmart for half the price but you can also be bougie and find it for $100+. It’s a great bag no matter how much you spend, the neoprene material feels more like fabric than what you imagine neoprene rubber to feel like. It’s soft and comfy and pliable but somehow still manages to hold its shape unlike the other fabric totes I have which flop over or sag. It’s light weight and the pliable material makes it so you can stuff literally everything in it. I did put a purse organizer in it because I’m using it as an everyday work bag and the tote style is only functional as an overnight bag or beach bag or something of that sort. Also love the wristlet pouch which is perfect if you’re making a quick run in the store and don’t want to take your whole tote. The pouch barely fits my phone (iPhone SE with a thin case) so don’t expect to fit a big phone in it. The only negative is that the magnets are weak so don’t expect to over stuff it and all three magnets to hold.

UPDATE: It’s now Sept 2020 and lake season is over. It held up awesome!!! I’m able to fit 4 beach towels, phone, Bluetooth speaker, several sunscreen bottles, sunglasses and more! Did not dig in to my shoulders when it was full either. I have no complaints!! I just received the bag today, so I will edit this review later once I use it. This is going to be used as my beach bag for the lake mostly. Great material, super soft, well made. Has structure, I noticed people saying it was super floppy. Handles feel well made as well. The magnetic closures are decent. Not the very best but I’m fine with that. The bottom is removable. The little wristlet it came with is cute too. It’s too small to hold a cell phone (iPhone Android, etc) but could hold wallets, keys, chapstick, etc. You can see in my photo how it’s about the size of my hand. I’ll update when I put the bag to use in about 2 weeks!

I bought two neoprene bags. This bag in red and a blue State of Escape bag (Aussie brand $320) that I got on sale at Neiman Marcus. I really like both bags and will be keeping them. I am very familiar with different qualities of neoprene; my family is big into scuba diving. Both have their advantages. Both are machine washable and come with a detachable mini pouch for money/keys and such. The amazon bag is a lesser quality neoprene and therefore much mushier and super slouchy. The snaps also do not have enough "hold" and unsnap very easily. The State of Escape Bag has super hold snaps that you have to physically separate to open (more secure) but the handles are thinner and the drop is much shorter than the amazon bag. I prefer the SOE bag because the material is a bit stiffer and seems a better quality. I will be keeping both because they serve different purposes ( amazon for beach/boat & SOE for handbag) and I love the idea of a large lightweight bag that I throw in the washing machine and it comes out looking brand new.

Ive owned a neoprene tote for a few yrs but it wasnt the solid camo print, only the sides were camo and the front/bk were a bone-ish color, which I’ve gotten stains i cant get out. With this being said i was happy to get this tote w/an all Camo print! Color is nice and dark not washed out looking. Super roomy, small pocket sewn inside that could handle even larger phones, i hv a iPhone 12 ProMax and it fits in there w/no struggle. You could put a pr of sunnies in it as well. Theres no snap closure but it has more of a slit thing going on, so stuff wont just arbitrarily fall out of it. This tote could get heavy w/all you could fit in it: laptop, water bottle, mkup bag, your own full sz purse etc. I used my old one on trips thru the airport, as a beach bag, small grocery store run, etc. Theres magnatized snaps at each end, to shorten the bag for an upright look vs winged look… giving it a slight more triangle shape and a middle snap sits btween the shoulder straps. I cant say and probably would never be able to tell you the strength of snaps as i always carry totes open… thats just me tho. I luv that the smaller removable pouch allows you to carry as a wristlet AND has a longer strap that can be clipped to it for crossbody use. Im 5’4, around 150lbs, w/a smaller chest and a lazy wont exercise pooch for a tummy and it fits around me, hanging rt below my waist…not snug but its not a real roomy thing going on … so if youre larger or having more goin on in the chest/tummy area it may not be comfortable as a crossbody but definitely enough for wear over the shoulder. Anywho its small but has space for my phone, key fob my money card and probably a lippie… enough to remove from tote and run into the store. The biggest con but NOT a deal breakee for me would be an outside pocket, lol i luv easy acess to my phn/keys vs digging but I’ll live, lol Cant beat the price @ $40 and the pricier ones dont have THIS color camo so thats my two cents yall… hope my review helps, esp snc I read all of yurs but rarely review stuff myself…

I was just delighted to receive my Pole Tribe gym tote bag. It’s stylish and so roomy. I’m a nurse and I ordered it to bring my extra clothes, lunch and books to work and I am completely in love with it. It’s light weight and the straps are comfortable on my shoulder. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for a well made and good looking tote. I love how the magnetic snaps on the sides make it a cinch to convert the size from a purse to tote without fumbling to get the snaps together. Very handsome bag for the money.

So far, I'm really enjoying this bag. It's very lightweight and holds a lot! I don't worry about getting it dirty because it can be wiped off and the color is just as pictured. Probably not great for really heavy items, but I carry my usual items and often add my iPad, a file of documents, tape measure, a jacket... any and everything. The straps are not comfortable if the bag gets heavy, but they are sturdy and I don't worry about them breaking.

I am head over heels for this Pole Tribe tote! It's the ultimate triple threat: water-resistant, durable, and ridiculously lightweight. I've taken it on beach trips, tossed it in the gym locker room, and even used it as a travel bag - and it still looks brand new. The sailor rope design is a total win, adding a fun touch to my daily routine. But what really gets me is how versatile it is. From stashing my beach towel and sunscreen to carrying my gym gear and water bottle, this tote keeps all my essentials organized and within reach. My only complaint? This tote has given me a serious excuse to go shopping and fill it up with even more goodies...

Es un bolso muy util! Lo he empezado a usar para ir a trabajar y despues voy directa al gimnasio! Es muy espacioso y me entran todas las cosas necesarias para ambos sitios, ademas es muy comodo y discreto y nadie se da cuenta que tambien llevo la ropa de deporte! Estoy encantada!!! Recomendable 100%... ademas es facil de combinar con cualquier cosa!

this is a lovely lightweight bag. I like that it can be made smaller with the press studs and expanded when you want. the handy pouch inside is great too perfect for the gym or the beach. good quality.

Muy resistente y bonita.

Very nice and neat bag for gym or swimming. Spacious and the little pouch is very handy for keys, coins or even mobiles sometimes. Easily cleaned. With the side poppers, it shrinks the size of the bag, but maybe it could do with another popper in the middle for securing the contents & preventing any small item from dropping. Still a very simple yet practical & definitely a good buy.
