I was very happy to find such a large jar of capers at this price. If you use capers regularly, this is a much better value than constantly buying the tiny jars from the grocery store. These have the classic salty, briny flavor you expect and are perfect for adding to bagels, pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, and sauces. I personally use them on just about everything, so having a massive jar on hand is incredibly convenient. They are packed in a fairly salty brine, so I do recommend giving them a quick rinse before serving if you want to cut down on some of the saltiness. That makes the flavor much more balanced without losing the tang capers are known for. Overall, I am very pleased with the quantity and flavor and will definitely purchase these again once I run low.

All I can say about these capers is YES, and if I could, I'd even write it bigger and bold. They are delicious and considering the quality, the price per ounce makes them a very good buy. A sprinkle of these capers can turn any dish into an adventure—small, bold, and unforgettable, just like a daring little caper.

The size and flavor are great. I prefer smaller capers. The brine is perfectly balanced. You may want to find another caper lover because it's a huge jar.

These are a great quality caper. We use them to garnish dishes, and I make sour dough bread with capers and herbs De Provence. Delicious.

Received product quickly as advertised. I was a little worried with some reviews on quality of product and especially shipping of product substandard packaging with broken, cracked, and/or leaking jars. Mine was in perfect condition and have to say they must’ve upgraded their packaging. My jar was wrapped with and extremely durable bubble wrap like I’ve not seen before. Jar was well protected. The capers are delicious and will be enjoyed. Happy with this order.

I had to write this because of how well packaged these are. They’re capers, I use a ton of capers I’m sure they’re great. They were delivered yesterday afternoon, I forgot to grab them from outside the garage. With a low of 18F these are perfect. I just remembered them and ran outside, sure they would be solid with broken glass. They were in a high quality air bag inside the box.
