Review: Good for regular usage but concerned about black marks - I have used tawa for a week now and it's good to use till now. It is heavy, easy to clean and use. My only concern is the black marks at the edges of tawa. Initially thought these are oil residue but I have cleaned many times and the surface is also smooth if I touch on the area. Looks like a paint, though not sure. If it's a paint coating, I will not be happy. Hopefully seller confirms on this.

I have used tawa for a week now and it's good to use till now. It is heavy, easy to clean and use. My only concern is the black marks at the edges of tawa. Initially thought these are oil residue but I have cleaned many times and the surface is also smooth if I touch on the area. Looks like a paint, though not sure. If it's a paint coating, I will not be happy. Hopefully seller confirms on this.
