Brighter Blooms - Arbequina Olive Tree, 2-3 ft. - No Shipping to AZ

I ordered 2: 2-3 foot trees. They arrived in excellent shape, great packing. One small branch was broken, but this should be expected in shipping.I removed the trees from the shipping box, watered them and placed then in semi-shaded area for 3 days. Then I place potting soil in the chosen containers and planted them.A great choice. Lovely for our front entrance.Please note, 'Olives' can not be eaten directly of the tree, please read up on olive tree care and how to treat olive fruits before consuming them.

I absolutely love the olive trees! The size and shapes and colors were ideal. The first one I ordered from Brighter Blooms was so beautiful, so healthy, so perfect that about two weeks later I could not help but order a second olive tree to flank my back porch. The delivery cost, although it seemed a bit expensive, was worth it, as the 1st tree arrived ideally packaged and in remarkably good condition for having traveled by freight to Texas in the heart of our harsh summer. I have ordered plants that I was unable to locate at local nurseries before, and on virtually every occasion have either been disappointed with the plants' health upon arrival, inadequate packaging, or have lost the plant within a month or two because it was over or under watered and suffered root damage on the long ride to its new home. So, wonderful job, Brighter Blooms! Both were parked so well, they looked fresh from the nursery! My only concern is that the second tree's root ball was definitely smaller than the first tree I received. I potted both immediately in appropriate soil, as I am familiar with olive trees. I have a super healthy 20+ year-old that has thrived marvelously in my garden and provided such pleasure. So, the small root ball does concern me. Several weeks out, it looks ever bit as happy and healthy here as the others. I am encouraged that the roots will grow sufficiently. It seems to have already started growing and was definitely treated a little better than the first wonderful olive tree by the carrier. Its thoughtful packaging looked virtually untouched. Have my fingers crossed it's roots develop quickly between the end of summer and fall and it too thrives as the others have.I am positively delighted with my new olive trees. They truly are lovely specimens, and I'm rather picky when it comes to trees, having been raised by a an arborist/horticulturalist family. Texas is a bit harsh on anything other than the heartiest live oaks and native prairie grasses. I feel certain they will endure. Overall, Better Blooms did an outstanding job and I would indeed recommend them based on my positive experience.

Very pleased with the delivery and condition of our olive tree. Just the right size to start and healthy looking. Pleased with the purchase. Ordered the olive tree planting mix to set up the right environment to start growing.

I received my Olive tree about 10 days after it was supposed to be delivered. It was not the company’s fault, it was on the carrier. It was out for delivery 20 minutes away for 8 out of the ten days??? The plant was basically dead, and had hardly any leaves in it. I called the company, and they sent me another plant free of charge and said I could give the original away, or try and save it. “We chose to try and save it”The second plant arrived and looked ok, basically it never stopped dropping its leaves. After one month this thing is almost completely dead. 2 months it has about 30 leaves., and looks terrible. They are expensive trees, save your money and buy something else.

Brighter Blooms packs their plants extremely well. I had no damage and the plant was received healthy.Only misnomer I might say is it isn't a "tree" but more a bush. It also doesn't have a main stem that could be used to make a straight trunk. HOWEVER again the plant was great. (see pics)

Just arrived today by FedEx. Not a lot of leaves on it like in the picture. The tree came with instructions. Hope this tree lasts. I am kind of nervous because it doesn’t look very strong. Only three stars for now. Will update in a few weeks.UPDATE: The first tree died. It was not very strong at all and arrived half dead. I reached out to the company and they told me to wait to see if the first tree would make it which it didn’t. A few weeks later I reached out to them again and they sent a replacement tree (last picture). The second tree is MUCH HEALTHIER than the first one. When it arrived I could immediately tell the difference. It is as tall as I am and there are healthy leaves on all of the branches. I will keep it in the original planter for a few weeks so that it can adjust to California weather (following the instructions). I have to say that Brighter Blooms customer service was EXCELLENT! They responded within 24 hours of contact, they were concerned and provided a lot of information. I appreciate their understanding of the condition of how the first tree arrived. I appreciate them making it right. I will order from them again and I highly recommend purchasing from them. Changed to five stars!

Says it’s supposed to be 3 ft but the only reason it’s 3 ft is bc there is a stake in it and it’s holding one of the branches upright to make it 3 ft. Otherwise would be more like two. Also it’s such a tiny diameter that it won’t even stand up on its own. Needs a stake. Otherwise, beautiful tree and I hope to have it for many years.

This is a beautiful olive tree. Not only was the shipping fast but the packaging was great. You can tell they care. I couldn’t be happier.
