Garland 30 LITRE WINTER GRIT/SALT BIN MADE IN UK

I have just moved somewhere that gets a lot of ice and snow during the winter, so having a little grit bin has been a must. This sturdy, plastic, easy to open bin has decent capacity without being cumbersome (as it is 30kg storage, it holds a 25kg bag of salt easily with room to spare.)It also comes with a scoop for spreading around said salt. It has been excellent value for money and was delivered in time for the bad weather.

We used to just keep our grit in the bag it came in but over time it would leak out and ruin the grass.This bin has saved our lawn from destruction. Its sturdy enough to hold a full bag of grit, includes a small scoop which also fits into the lid for storage. It fits in well with the bins, keeps the grit dry and no salt has leaked out the bottom yet. Very good value

Bought this to store rock salt out side the front door. It appears good quality for the price and time will tell as to how robust this will be. I would give 5 star if it was available in a dark green as this would provide an organic aesthetic .

This is the perfect size weatherproof box for a 25kg bag of salt. We keep ours in a corner behind the gates to the drive so its there ready where we need it when it snows. The click lock lid is well designed... keeps out the rain/snow yet is easy to open. Comes with its own small scoop that you can clip to the underside of the lid so you can easily find it. Nice looking box too. Very Happy with it.

Comfortably holds a 20kg bag of salt with a little spare room. Seems sturdy enough to hold the weight of that salt without tipping. The built in scoop is a nice addition.

Good product at a fair price

Love this bin. Perfect for my needs. Very neat size so sits near my front door without being in the way. Handy scoop inside the lid. Lid clips neatly so doesn’t blow open and keeps the grit dry.
