The company should really seal the product with a freshness seal or something to prevent this. Also the ring was not the size I had selected. I had the same problem as most, the oil leaked all over the whole box and the body scrub was half empty because of this. I love the glitter in it and the smell and the feel is great! But it looks like half of the product was wasted inside the package because the jar just doesn't hold liquid properly. It doesn't look anything like body scrub. I'm requesting a refund but I wish they would sent me a replacement that's not messed up..
