Rush by Gordon Rush Men's Barclay Chukka Boot

It's coming up on 1 year of ownership and daily use. These shoes are great and if you catch them on sale in your size they are well worth the money!! I have seen other reviews stating that the shoes have worn out or were poor quality.... I have worn them daily for work for almost a year without a single problem. I have gone through 2 pairs of laces, now on 3rd pair, and the shoes are still going strong. I have had to run to get to places on time in these shoes and still no problems. Additionally I have received multiple compliments on these shoes (black pair) from co-workers, clients and random people on the street. I actually like these shoes so much that when the heels wear out ((t even close to being worn out) I will be buying a second pair of these. I couldn't recommend these enough. I have average size 11 feet meaning not extra wide and they fit perfectly. I wear size 11 in Nike running shoes and these fit the same length wise and little more room on the side then running shoes, which is nice in leather shoes. Point being if you wear a consistent size 10,11, 13 whatever.. i would recommend going with that size and not adjust a size up or down. I hope this helps anyone on the fence or someone looking for the first time. I am normally a 9.5 but these shoes where somewhat small. Thankfully I have a lovely cobbler who is walking distance from my apartment and he stretched them out. If not I'm sure a few days with a shoe tree will do the trick

Great and comfortable shoe but the rubber heal fell off after 2 weeks. I wouldn't buy from them again.

The heel and sole are both quite stiff, not great if you're planning on walking around in them.

I followed the sizing instructions given (order half a size down) and the fit of the shoe was perfect. The shoes are comfortable even if you have a slightly wide foot since the leather stretches. The insole actually has padding compared to some other boots I've owned. For the price these are definitely a great pair of boots. The leather is more matte than patent so they're not too slick or shiny.

Very poor quality. After 1-2 months the edge of the leather started peeling off and a white non-leather material is exposed. I have to throw these away.

Would be nice if they fit. Size runs half size large.
