Very dry and not manageable.
I ordered this item hoping to use it i a project I am working on. When I opened it was is totally dry inside so I exchanged it. The replacment is also dry and not working. Someone need to check the quality of these items...

Make sure Make sure your scrapbook paper is of heavy content as it will look amazing!
It took my paper to a new level, more interesting and full of depth. I used it on a wedding scrapbook page and it turned out beautiful!
