I loved this product the first time I used it. I definitely noticed it cut about 5 minutes off my blow drying time. And my hair looked fantastic--very full but not frizzy and the style lasted longer. However, the more I used it the less effective it seemed--I think it builds up and weighs down my hair. After discontinuing it for several months, I tried it again. It was okay but I haven't seen a repeat of that initial "wow" factor.

The product works great, but the tube is a deal breaker for me. 1) getting the product out of the tube, while the tube and my hands are wet, means that much of the product ends up on the shower floor, 2) getting all of the product out of the tube, is basically impossible, so the trash ends up with at least 25% of the product. 3) For every 16 ozs of shampoo you would need more than 3-5 tubes - to mix it on a 1 to 1 ratio, at the current price your average cost per shampoo went from a few cents to 10-20 times that.
