This goes great in a smoothie or even a glass of juice or water. I haven't tried it in water but it has no taste at all, blends almost instantly and doesn't leave a residue on the glass. Definitely feel it's working for energy and boosting my magnesium.

Gave me an ulcer
Magnesium can cause bleeding ulcers. I got black watery stools. Advised to go to ER immediately
