I was feeling perfectly fine and healthy, aside from a sore knee and ankle. Got these delivered today, decided to try it to see how they made me feel. About an hour after taking them I got urgent diarrhea every few minutes coupled with violent vomiting a few times. Lasted about 1-2 hours, then just nausea, cold sweats, and body aches for another few hours. Once it was out of my system I was perfectly fine again.Definitely do not recommend.

These are great because they're all natural way to help with relaxing my muscles and it take them at night to aid with naturally falling asleep

I only use 2 caps and it stops leg spasms, cramps and restless leg syndrome. those conditions are the result of a stroke a year ago. Works within a half hour. Tried others that didn't work.

Love it relax for sleep and it really works for me

I finished two bottles of these capsules...At least to ME, only made me sleepy, but unfortunately did not relieve my sore muscles.
