Posted in my garage gym and refer to it all the time. Nicely laminated and very easy to understand. Looks nice. It's very easy to take a brief look at it and understand what you want to do. I had never used a battle rope before and had no one to show me. This poster really did the trick.

I love having this poster hanging in my garage by my battle ropes. Very helpful. Clear photos and the lamination is an excellent added touch.

Nice overview of some the exercises you can do with the battle ropes. Convenient to look over at the poster while in the middle of working out instead of stopping and cooling off while looking up something on your smartphone/tablet

I couldn't workout with the battle rope without this chart since I am an amateur using it. It's colorful, detailed without being exhaustive and gthe graphics make it clear to understand.
