I encountered a couple glitches when assembling the chair. I emailed the customer service email that was on the service card included in the box. Customer service responded promptly with proposed solutions. I received a second chair a few days later, at no extra charge. When assembling that chair, I encountered some difficulty getting one of the screws to go in. Took me a bit to realize that the threads in the screw were compressed. Fortunately, I had kept parts from the first chair, and I was able to switch out the screw. The chair is a little tricky to assemble. You have to have all the holes lined up just right. Helps to have a flashlight on hand. Successfully assembling the chair was time consuming for me, but I figure, I either pay with more time or more money. I think the chair is an excellent value for the price. It looks nice. And most importantly for my purposes, a client who perhaps weighs 400-500 pounds will be able to sit comfortably.

This chair feels very sturdy and looks nice. The wood tone had a bit more red to it than I expected based on the listing photos, but I am happy with the quality for the price. Easy to assemble as well. Some of the included plastic screw caps were loose but I fixed that with a little bit of wood glue.

I put a salon in my home so I needed 2 guest chairs. I love them. My clients say they're comfy and plenty of room for my larger clients. I love the look of them, very classy and pulled my salon together. My husband put each chair together in about 10 minutes. Very easy assembly. Comfortable and sturdy.

Overall an okay chair. Once built it is much heavier than you’d think, seems solid enough to last a few years for sure.Unfortunately mine arrived with a crack on the front bar that goes under the seat, the seller very quickly offered to replace bar for free or return the item. I chose to return the item, because as I was building it, I noticed the stain was a bit off, and looked ‘stripy,’ and it had a strange semi-cloudy overall finish on the piece that felt kind of like wax. Didn’t want to risk keeping it and later on finding out the finish is cracking off, or turns even cloudier with use. Perhaps it would have been fine, and it was just the one chair I received that was a bit off.I did sit in it briefly and the cushion was quite comfortable, and fit nicely in the corner I had planned to place it in. I also thought the chair was overly wide in my opinion, and not as streamlined as you’d imagine mid-century modern furniture to be, looked a bit bulky.

These chairs added just the right touch for my decorum. They are sturdy and comfortable. I am 5'9 and like the fact that they are not low and can easily support at least 300 lbs.

Great chairs. Add style to our business. Material is resistant. We had a armrest chair that came defective and after we reached out they sent another armrest immediately.

Beautiful looking chair. We were very excited to receive this chair due to its good reviews. However, when assembling, a piece of the locking nut on the inside of the chair fell off. Rolling around on the inside. So the screw we would use to connect the arm to the cushion had nothing to screw into. Contacted the seller and they offered $10 and a piece that didn’t solve our problem. We tried to describe the problem a different way. Same answer. Needless to say it was frustrating. But we needed the chair and we have since opened up the lining fixed the problem ourselves.The wood came scratched and the cushions were not sewn well. Wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased this for a studio I was developing.It came together nicely and the frame seems to be fairly sturdy.The cushions I think are not the nicest and I would think over time it will break down. These won't be sat in every day in my use so I think they will be just fine for my context.
