Its really big (as in the description it say buy a size bigger) dont as it will be too big. Its also very itchy and the material is really cheap looking and has pulls on it (when it arrived). The vinyl designs on the jump is very plastic and feels horrible compared to another jumper i bought from the kpop shop in England. Could not even fit head through neck hole, quality was cheap and nasty as if seller is buying poor quality hoodies, ironing on patterns and bumping up the profit margin. I requested a refund and the customer service is disgusting, I was offered a 10% discount to keep the item because it would be too much paperwork and cost too much for the seller to refund item. After numerous emails and explaining how unethical it is for seller to benefit from keeping any money from this sale as well as it being a violation of my statutory rights, I am finally getting a refund.
