Seasoning was easy, sturdy and does the job. Plastic handle, do not use it in the oven. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars not very durable *by P***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2019* a little water sat in it for about an hour before I reralized and it immediately rusted and I have washed oiled and fired several times and it left a stain and in my opion doesn't cook as well that would never happen with a real cast iron ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Lighter than any of my other frying pans *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2019* I got this since my wife complained that our other frying pans were all so heavy (thick carbon steel or cast iron). This is a great deal lighter than any of them. The seasoning it comes with is good, but I added a couple of extra layers, and despite the rough surface, eggs do not stick. It is shaped correctly and light enough where flip-stirring is possible. The handle is comfortable and I like that it does not angle up too much like my carbon steel pans.The problem with the pan, however, is that it appears spun in a spiral from the center, and when it heats up, it bulges downward. Despite this, it does okay on our glass stove top. As soon as it is done preheating and adding oil, once you add food it cools down enough that it gets flat again. I tried pounding down in the center of a pan with a rubber mallet after cooking, but the material is very strong and it does not give so this was unsuccessful to keep it flat once it was hot.
