I wanted to wait a week before I posted a review. The first couple days. I took the 2 capsules but for the past 4 days, I’ve taken 4 capsules/day. Honestly, I feel differences! I run at 4 or 4:30am, and I’ve felt better this past week. It’s hard to explain. I don’t have any bloatedness anymore, my energy is better, and I just way less overall soreness like I’ve been feeling for the past year. I will keep at this since I definitely don’t have negative side effects. Great price and product!

Wow, this stuff is fresh and goes to work immediately! I could tell it worked as it had the same effects as if I had taken antibio, like the warm flush you get. I have a hard time taking antibio and for me, this is a safe alternative. I never expected this and was only aware of this effect after i took it for the first time. Do not take it like it says on the bottle or it might swamp you as it did me. I only take one when ANYTHING in my body starts acting up. I initially used it to heal after "the sickness of our time" to help with stomach/digestion issues. So, its high quality, real, fresh and it 100% works.

This stuff has definitely made a difference in my love life and now my husband has started taking it and we’re no young perps either! Great stuff . Really has an effect on energy, pain from just plain soreness from having more energy therefore started losing weight! Must try!

I often times will open capsules and take half doses of my supplements. This has the added benefit of giving me knowledge of how the supplement should taste which can give me another indicator of quality or of something is off. This Nattokinase definitely tasted strange. The Natural Factors brand I but is very refined like a white powder. This brand tasted funky but after trying Natto for the first time I realized it's just a lot less refined and has a residual Natto flavor in the capsule. The taste is identical to how Natto aftertaste is. So, the product is definitely less refined than some more trusted brands. Whether that is good or bad I guess depends on what's left over? I'm guessing that's why this product is so much cheaper though. They are saving money on the refining process and not going as far as molecular distillation of the ingredients or whatever process they use. It's clear to me this is the case because my other Nattokinase tastes nothing like Natto. No residual flavor in the capsule whatsoever. It's also a clear white powder whereas this brand has a brownish color and looks more gritty.

Helps with health,easy to swallow and nice know helps with my blood pressure seems to me to be thinning the blood and prevent blockage, not a doctor but I'm still kicking lol!

I have used Natto for years and years for the health benefits. This brand seems to be extremely good. I think it's out of stock at the moment because I had to buy another brand, but once in stick again I will to use daily. The blood thinning and possible dissolving of blood clots is a great thing. 3 years ago I had a dvt from a car accident and them the ER putting a cast on too tight and to high in the back of my knee causing a dvt from under my knee to the top of my ankle in 2 days. I ended up cutting the cast off and went to my ortho, then vein clinic, then ER again. The blood thinner they praise so much doesn't dissolve the dvt, it only prevents more. After 5 months, I went back to the vein clinic, had a doppler, and was told I was hood to go so I thought they were saying it was gone. Went to my Dr the next day and nope, still there, same size, but claimed it wouldn't move because it was stuck in the vein or attached to the vein wall. I had stopped taking natto for a couple years before that, not sure why as it's been part of my supplements for many years, but after a couole years, no more dvt's, I advised my Dr that I was starting national again and will have s doppler in another 6 months to see if it's helping. So fat this is my favorite brand. I would add it to most people's supplements as long as you don't have a disorder with blood not clotting already. I'm not a Dr but between thus product , NAC-600, and a couple others my blood work always comes back great. My doctor is always amazed and says my kidneys and liver function like a 20 year old. The dr did tell me I didn't need to take the supplements I do but if it's not harming and my blood work is so good I'm sticking with what I know works best for me.

Solid nattokinase. No taste. Feeling benefits after time. Would recommend
