Further, the dimensions stated would also accommodate my laptop. But the bag is not rectangular, it's a trapazoid - the top is smaller than the bottom. So, no laptop.The many pockets looked handy, but they were all quite shallow. So, the place you thought you could put your passport became a place to put your lipstick or pen.I liked the price as well. But when we rushed to catch a train, I quickly tried to zip my bag. It stays open whichever direction it goes. It would actually stay zipped about once in 12 tries this last week. Today was the kicker when I had to run through a downpour juggling my umbrella and trying to hold the top of the bag closed. Back to shopping, maybe something with a metal zipper, not nylon.
