Yes they are good for s'mores. They will caramelize and melt just fine. We also use these to make rice krispie treats. This is our favorite brand.

Q: Do these contain soy or soy products?

Yes. The ingredients on the package are as follows: Tapioca Syrup, Cane Sugar, Filtered Water, Tapioca Starch, Carrageenan, Soy Protein, Natural Vanilla Flavor. However, They ARE Non-GMO Verified, so the soy in them is at least GMO free. They are also 100% Vegan & Gluten Free.
