I appreciate that this doesn't have most high allergy foods (peanut, milk, eggs, soy) and that it’s free of cashews someone like me with a latex allergy needs to avoid.The flavor is very good and it comes with a scoop that is one full serving size so it’s easier to track you’re calories. I use one scoop with a tablespoon of both coconut oil and almond butter, plus a little almond milk, every morning. I appreciate that this also doesn’t add a bunch of monk fruit or stevia to try to force flavoring like so many “substitute” cereals do.
