Dr. Scholl'sMassaging Gel Heel Cushions for Women Size 6-10 - 1 PR, Pack of 3

I bought these because I have Plantar Fasciitis and needed these for some heel comfort. In the past I bought this same Dr. Scholl's Massaging gel cushions but with the hole in the fabric part. I thought from the photos that these had the hole in the top side. They arrived yesterday late and this morning I tried 1 pair of them in the heels of my soft rubber garden clogs that I wear around the house. I was surprised to open them and find they had no hole in the top side of the fabric that goes against the heel, but since they were a new style to me I decided to give them a try. I used them only for 5 min. and fast came to conclusion that these are definitely different and not nearly as soft as the old style with the hold in the fabric. I still have a good pair of the old style, so I compared them and the sold style is, to me, about 50% stofter, a truly noticeable difference. I call Amazon and told them I wanted to send them back to the seller. I'm now waiting to hear what the seller responds but now I have to go to another seller and most likely to eBay to buy another set like the old style. I'm really not happy as these were for an important event.
