The wheels are made out of plastic but it is good material. My daughter took it out in the street and she has had this for 2 years now and is still in great condition

Pretty high it’s best fit for 6 and up

I'm not sure what the age is for this but i personally think an 11 yr old could use this. It's not your regular really small stroller. It's a good size for playing.
