Does it cut on a curve?

It a good buy but you ask if it cut curve , first to make it clear the blade is 4.5" and is flat but if you angle it I would say yes it can. Cut curve.

Can I slow the 11,000 Rpm's by installing a "dimmer switch"?

I have no idea about putting a dimmer switch on this tool .I don't think it would be a good idea to try it. It is made to run at the r p m .
