Soak them in liquor for 10 days ans smoke them!
This is my second bag of peppercorns. I soak these in a mixture of rum, whiskey and aged tequila. They soak in a 32 oz container for 10 days and then I smoke them for 4 hours. They are amazing and add a great flavor! I grind then course and use them a finishing pepper. The quality is outstanding and I'm sure I'll order bag 3 soon

Bag holding product can't be reclosed
The peppercorns are nice looking and taste very good! Very peppery as advertised! My only gripe is that the bag they come in is faulty. Once you tear off the top (which works perfectly fine) the bag is permanently open. Can't be resealed. And it was that way immediately. The bag was fully open after I tore the top off. If you think of a ziploc as a tongue and groove system, the tongue part was inside the groove part, and NOT attached to the other side of the bag. Mostly just irritating. Not fatal. I rolled the top of the bag up and put it into a ziploc bag. It wouldn't stop me from buying them again.

Pepperier Black Pepper
If you are looking for black pepper that has an extra kick, this is a good choice. While it is not 100% Kampot pepper (the most expensive Cambodian pepper), some does come from that region. Good value for the money.
