40W Detachable Soundbar for TV,37 Inches Bluetooth TV Sound Bar Speaker Build in subwoofer 3D Surround Sound Home Theater Tower TV Speaker with Remote

I was disappointed with the tinny, odd sound that came from the internal speakers of our new 43" smart tv. This sound bar changed everything. My goal was to just be able to hear voices clearly. This sound bar did that and much more. Hook-up took about one minute. It was a bonus that the optical cable is included. Dialogue clarity is great and it almost has this surround sound effect. Background noises in movies and games are also very crisp and clear. This will never replace an expensive home theater receiver and surround speakers (or take up that much room) but it did exactly what I wanted it to do, it's great if your TV's audio needs a little boost. and I'm going to pick up another one.

We purchased this because we liked the split design and it says it connects via Blue Tooth to the TV. It will not connect to our new Samsung so that is a disappointment . The other Con is that the instruction booklet is a joke so plan on figuring it out on your own. It seems to have good sound and so far is fine. Oh, you also have to use the remote only as it cannot be controlled with the TV remote.

Bought to replace built in 10W speakers, however quality is extremely low. - From about 9 feet away there is an audible white noise even when volume is near 0. - Overall sound level itself is low, and had to set to max to match TV built in speakers on low. - Sound quality is... Possible minus the above. - Cables are extremely short. Will almost definitely need new cables if tv is 40" or larger. - Aux cable does sit firm, was very loose and had to use replacement. - Volume/power indicator is extremely distracting, should have ability to turn off while in use. - Remote control works at least.

Great value and awesome sound, gets pretty loud for its size. Only minor gripe I have is the remote sensitivity, if it's not aimed directly at speaker it wont pick it up. But it's not bad enough to take away from the 5 stars I gave it.

They solved the problem that I wanted them to which was to have sound coming out the front not the crack of the tv. I don’t like that they don’t quite achieve the same volume as the tv speakers.

More than it's sound I like the detachable and connectivity function. You can use this either as a single sound bar or two sound towers. I found the bluetooth connection quite fast. I don't think the sound quality is the best but it sounds good and loud enough for 70 bucks.

Great value for this product

I loved the detachable nature of these online, but in person, they feel REALLY cheap. I'm using them as my computer speaker so I tend to use them in the separated vertical arrangement. Pros: -Design is nice and standing up they don't take up a lot of space and the base plate is adequately wide enough without being too big, keeping a nice profile. -I feel like for the way I'm using them, they get loud enough. Which for me is rather loud. I can hear it in the kitchen, or in the master bath. Though loudness is only one characteristic of sound. Cons: -They sound terrible. Too much bass, but not good bass. I'm noticing a pattern, if they have a metal grill, they tend to sound terrible. These have a metal grill. They lack mids and treble, and sound VERY tinny at high volume. -Bright obnoxious LED display telling you how you're connected with the device. I hate when my devices have LEDs that can distract from my computer display. Or if I'm trying to listen to music to go to sleep have it light up the whole room. Conclusion: The main thing this is supposed to be is an audio output device, this doesn't do it. It's on par with $20 BT speakers you can find on Amazon. Even then I've heard some great quality from those speakers. It gets loud, but distorts at more than 50% volume level. If these were $50, I'd say that's fine, but at nearly $80 that's far from acceptable. Look elsewhere. Also, when you get them, they just feel cheap and not worth the money. I bought them alongside a $90 setup and must say they feel just as cheap, but the audio is greatly improved. The audio issue seems like it's more due to the design of the speakers than the speaker units themselves.

great sounding speaker. more than enough volume to watch movies. I am sure hat it will be super loud at 40 watts, but I have not needed to turn it up full blast so I cannot comment on how loud it goes, but it is more than enough for me. I needed optical input and it works well. I like that the speakers can be used as pair that stands vertically or as a bar. I planned on using the speakers as a pair, but I ended up connecting them as a bar in the end. I am glad that I had the flexibility with two options

Sound is delayed when connected to the tv. Had it for 2 years now, barely even use it.

Honestly was not expecting crazy sound quality but i was surprised. It has some rocking bass and floods my room with sound. Very nice upgrade from using the speakers on my flatscreen and it does what i expected, assembling and hooking up is easy peasy and it has changed the cinematic experience in my living room. Love this product and recommend for anybody who is looking for an inexpensive soundbar

I very disappointed in the sound quality. When you have the volume turned up it hums as well.

While this sound bar does sound a bit better than my TV speaker, I can't say it sounds $100 better. I expected a 'richer' sound from this. It does sound OK, but I'm somewhat disappointed that it's not better. If your TV sounds 'tinny' or 'hollow', this would make it sound much better. However, if your TV sounds decent, don't expect this to improve the sound much. It does improve the sound, just not as much as I hoped it would. Now, the 'negative' aside, some 'positive' ... This was very easy to assemble and connect. Sound volume is decent and fills my smallish living room well. The remote is responsive and easy to use. Also, the speaker bar can be wall mounted as a horizontal bar (I mounted it that way) or as two vertical bars or even as two self-standing 'speakers'. My only complaint about mounting as a horizontal bar is that no screws template was supplied, Would have made measuring and installing the mounting screws easier. Overall, I'm satisfied with this - not impressed, but satisfied. Would recommend if your TV has poor sound and you want better sound on a budget.
