VTM-LCD351 Test Monitor (Black)

Bought this to do an install. Works fine, image quality is fine, and saves a LOT of time. Well worth the investment if you are installing more than 10 or so cameras.It's basically a black rectangle box with a screen and an off/on switch. That's it. No frills, no bells or whistles.Comes with a protective leather case, but I didn't use it because it didn't line up with the on/off switch, so i wouldn't have been able to turn it off and on. The BNC patch cable that comes with it is very thin and only lasted through 2 days of heavy use. I just built another one out of RG59 cable and it worked fine.One thing I wished it had was the ability to power cameras so you could install cameras prior to having power.It was $100 cheaper than the next alternative, so i would say it's a good investment.

The screen lacks good resolution to determine if your camera is really in focus or not. The screen is hard to see in most outdoor lighting situations.
