I wasn't that lucky, but I can make it through the day without having to get off my feet, and that is an impressive improvement, so I gave it 5 stars. My first application the Y tape was definitely off center. I pulled it under my arch and it slipped out of my fingers and contracted, resembling a piece of ribbon candy, I was able to gently pull each point of sticky side to sticky side contact and apply it to my foot. However, I failed to notice that I had pulled the tape strongly to one side without holding the point of anchor straight. (oops) I was more careful with the other side. I applied the black tape without incident. When I completed the second foot I decided that the 2nd foot felt better than the first, so I pulled the black tape back on foot #1, increased the tension and reset the tape. The next day I showered with the tape still on, it went through the shower and dried just fine, all was as good as stated in other reviews. I have removed the tape and replaced it uneventfully twice now. I do pull the tape tighter than recommended, maybe 125% or so (the homepage says it will stretch 160%). I did not find the removal process difficult. I started to unwrapped the black tape, it was stuck to the blue tape so I grabbed them both at the heel and peeled them off like a sock. I am not a hairy person, but I have had band-aids that hurt more. I would definitely recommend trying this tape, just being able to push through and be on my feet all day is a huge improvement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really helps with the pain! *by R*** on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2019* Cons: Can be a bit complicated to use at first with the paper directions given in the box (Im not the most directionally apt but was able to find online videos on their site that take you step by step. The first time I used it (From the box instructions) I felt like it didn't do much for me probably because im pretty sure I didn't do it right. But the 2nd time used the video and boy did I feel the difference!Pros: IT FREAKING HELPS WITH THE PAIN!!! Ugh! My job is a standing job and being on feet was KILLING me until I got this tape and started doing the stretches they recommend. It made being on my feet bearable. I have never had Plantar Fasicitis before and all the other stuff looked complicated or gimmicky. This was simple and They have some really good resources on their site including video on how to apply the tape. The other thing I really liked is that its really comfortable. Both tapes have a slightly different feel to them but they mostly feel like this weird clothy strechy material that was pretty comfortably to wear thru my 12 hour shift. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommended by lots of people. But it didn't work me, doesn't mean it wont work for you. *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019* I gave 5 stars. although this item did not work for me. quit a few people suggested I try this for the Plantar Fasciitis I am dealing with right now. they have had a good experience using this tape. It is comfortable to wear, I had no problem with that. its not bulky. It didn't give me any relief from the foot pain I am experiencing. It was not fun removing it. and I did get a burning rash from wearing it. I guess I am one of the few people that probably has sensitive skin using this stuff.a good salt bath, and some essential oils helped with the rash. as for the Plantar Fasciitis? I’m hearing its gonna be an interesting journey I am not looking forward to! over all, the company is good to deal with, order, ship, easy.
