Since I've started working out and wearing this, I'm almost a size 14 but this still fits good. When I did get this, I washed this in my washer on gentle and just allowed it to hang dry. Once I started using it, I needed some help from my husband to put it on as it was tight, but I do wear this over a shirt to help collect the sweat. I also use cream that helps you sweat more too. Once I'm done working out, I just wash this in the shower and let it dry in my bathroom. I now don't need help putting this on but is makes you sweat. You can clearly see the outline in my shirt and love that this sits under my breasts. It helps with the extra weight I'm trying to lose and love that it covers my whole back. This vest even goes down to about my hips so it helps cover my mommy tummy.
