Howard Miller wall clock
Clock is very nice. The quality is obvious. One thing to be aware of is that the finish is very light compared to the photo on Amazon which is quite dark. I was at first disappointed but it has grown on me so we will keep it.

Looks really nice
Love this clock. Having an issue sinc-ing the chime & time but I will get it right eventually. Wish it was easier.

Chimes are cheap sounding
Just purchased this clock for an anniversary gift. Haven't decided whether to keep it or not. For the money I thought the chimes would be deeper and richer sounding. It sounds tinny and cheap to me. Appears to keep good time and appreciate that chimes are silenced during overnight hours. Not a good value for the money.

Beautiful Clock!
This is just the look I wanted in a clock, and the quality is very nice. I'm not using the 'chime' feature, however, because I didn't like the sound of the chimes at all. If you like the extra 'noise', you might like to use it. But I was relieved to find it has a separate battery for the chimes and the option of using them...or not.

Clock looks great. The finish has more brown in it than the picture shows. The pictures included in other reviews are more accurate. The clock arrived in perfect condition. It keeps good time and I am happy overall with the purchase. It got 4 out 5 stars due to the quality of the chimes. You are definitely not going to trick anyone into thinking they are real chimes. But I guess thats the difference between a 200 dollar clock and a 1200 dollar clock.

Easy to read wall clock
Howard Miller Wall Clock has very simple elegant lines and can fit almost any location you have. Time keeping is accurate and was very easy to set up. Chimes are soft and pleasing.

Almost Perfect
I wanted to give this clock 5 stars as I love it's look and finish however I took one off because the pendulum continually stops swinging after about a day or so. The pendulum mechanism is plastic and flimsy. I'm disappointed they went cheap on this aspect.The clock does keep great time. Also, if you like a loud chime, this clock is definitely for you! The chime is silenced between 10pm and 6am, which is a nice feature.
