First off when you get the watch you will need to place the pins in it's not hard at all! Secondly when putting on the watch if it's to big you can simply remove the links just open latch and remove it it's so simple and no tool needed. It comes with a tool but it's pointless for this watch band. I brought this for 12 bucks and yes it's worth it , I brought bands for way higher then this and they broke or change colors. I have yet to see this change color or break and iv bang it a few times on accident of course . You will love this bandUpdate: 2 weeks after having this band it started to turn pink I'm so disappointed I ding my 5 stars to 3 stars I posted old and new pics so you can see the difference you can see the pink on the third picture with my arm ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what I expected. *by R***D on February 8, 2019* I took it to a jeweler to have the watch band changed on my Samsung Watch. They included everything you needed to put the band on. I find it much more comfortable then the original band. However, It takes me longer to put the watch on, which over time will get easier. It did take awhile to get here, but I expected that from the beginning. ### ⭐⭐ Pretty but extremely time consuming *by S***L on November 10, 2018* While absolutely beautiful, this watch band was extremely hard to remove links and after dealing with a blistered finger, I opted to just leave my original watch bsnd on.
