I purchased this for my DIL in February. It broke just two weeks after she received it. I contacted the seller. He told me to contact Amazon. Amazon says to contact the seller. You get the picture. I have tried to a few of my chains so she could at least still wear the medal but none fit the medal. Disappointing to say the least.
