I had a haor mishave and bleached twice with only 12 hours in between so you can imagine how my hair felt. It literally takes me 20 min to comb my hair when I get out the shower but after I shampooed, sprayed this in for five minuites, rinsed and put on hydrating argon oil mask rinsed again I could run a comb through my hair, which is a little past my boobs in a minute. The directions are on the saryna key website. I used this whole tiny bottle for all of my hair but IT WAS SO WORTH IT. ### ⭐ NO instructions poor packaging don't buy!
